Fall/Halloween Flag; 25" x 38" flag by NCE. This is an "Impressions" flag, high quality, well made to withstand the sun and weather. This flag has a dark blue background with a full yellow moon in the background. There are 3 pumpkins riding a straw broom in front of the moon. There is a surprised looking black cat sitting on a picket fence watching the pumpkins go by. There is a sign on the fence that says " pumpkin patch". There is ivy around the fence.
